Governor de Jongh:
Flags in the Virgin Islands to Fly at Half Staff Until January 14 Consistent
with White House Proclamation Honoring the Victims of Saturday's Tragedy
in Tucson, Arizona

Governor John P. de Jongh, Jr. said Sunday that consistent with a White House proclamation in which President Barack Obama has ordered all U.S. flags to be flown at half staff as a mark of respect for the victims of the acts of violence that occurred Saturday in Tucson, Arizona, both the United States and Virgin Islands flags upon on all public buildings and grounds in the territory will be flown at half staff until sunset, January 14, 2011.
