GOVERNOR TAKES PART IN DAISY ROBELTA BOUGH DEDICATION

Gov. John de Jongh took part in a dedication ceremony on March 15 which named a west end roadway on St. Thomas for Daisy Robelta Bough, a well known community activist.

From Left to Right: Public Works Commissioner Darryl Smalls, Clarence Nibbs of the Bordeaux Homeowners Association, Bough's granddaughter Winnika Phillips, Ms. Bough's daughters Judy Turbe and Donna Phillips, Governor deJongh and Pastor Ashton Brooks. The Daisy Bough Memorial Drive begins at the law enforcement multi-purpose center and continue to the Blue Water Crest intersection.
