DEDICATION CEREMONIES SET FOR SATURDAY FOR DAISY ROBELTA BOUGH MEMORIAL DRIVE

Governor John P. deJongh, Jr. will host a dedication ceremony for the Daisy Robelta Bough Memorial Drive on Saturday, March 15, 2008 on the grounds of the public safety multi-purpose center in Estate Bordeaux. 

The ceremony will name the main public road in Estate Fortuna / Bordeaux area running westward from the police-fire substation continuing to the entrance of the Blue Water Crest community for the late Daisy Robelta Bough. The ceremony will feature remarks from relatives of Daisy Bough as well as from representatives of the Bordeaux Homeowners Association and official of the V.I. Government.

The 25th Legislature passed Bill 25-0187, which later became Act No. 6665, honoring Bough for her contributions to the Virgin Islands.
