LOTTERY DIRECTOR RESIGNS; FLEMMING PLACED ON ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE The Executive Director of the Virgin Islands Lottery Paul Flemming has tendered his resignation effective March 25. Flemming’s letter of resignation was received at Government House on February 28. On March 7, the V.I. Lottery Commission placed Flemming on Administrative Leave until his resignation date. On Monday, Flemming surrendered the vehicle he was assigned as well as keys to the territorial Lottery offices and other equipment. Lottery Deputy Executive Director Lenyse Shomo is serving as Acting Director. |
