Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Claim Settlement Commissioner of Labor, Albert Bryan, Jr. has received information from Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. (CGMI) pursuant to the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 and he in turn disseminates the following information to the public. Anyone in the Virgin Islands who was employed by Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. (CGMI) as an exempt Financial Advisor, Financial Advisor Associate, Financial Consultant, or Financial Consultant Associate anywhere in the United States or its territories between February 8, 1999 to January 1, 2007 should contact his office to find out whether or not one is eligible to join as a class member for making a claim settlement. Please note that potential class members have to return a claim form postmarked no later than November 6, 2007 to the CGMI claims administrator.
