Store Tvaer Gade closed for repairs Wednesday and Thursday evenings this week The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) advises businesses and the motoring public that a portion Store Tvaer Gade that runs from the intersection of the Main Street to the Greenhouse will be closed to all vehicular traffic on the evenings of Wednesday, September 26, 2007, and Thursday, September 27, 2007 commencing at 6:00pm. Motorists are asked to refrain from parking along this portion of roadway during this time. The closing of this roadway will allow for the VI Waste Management’s Wastewater Division’s crew to replace approximately 100-feet of a 6-inch sewer line that runs along this street. Motorists are asked to take alternative routes during this time. The VI Waste Management Authority apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause as we work diligently to improve our service to our residents. |
