Department of Public Works installs pavement markings in Havensight Area The V.I. Department of Public Works Commissioner, Darryl Smalls, advises the motoring public that the Traffic Control Devices Crew will install pavement markings along Route 30 adjacent to the Havensight Mall. This process will take place on Sunday, September 23, 2007 and Sunday, September 30, 2007. Commissioner Smalls requests the motoring public proceed with caution when traveling along Route 30 adjacent to the Havensight Shopping Mall. Motorists are asked to follow all detour signs and adhere to all traffic control directions. The public’s patience is appreciated while the installation of the necessary traffic control devices is taking place.
