"Operation Tide Breaker" Exercise The JIC was activated in support of "Operation Tide Breaker" - a full-scale multi-hazard and maritime exercise held on December 13, 2011 to test the Territory’s incident management capabilities.

Tropical Storm Maria: The JIC was activated in support of Tropical Storm Maria which impacted the U.S. Virgin Islands in September 2011.
