VIRGIN ISLANDS HEALTH CARE EXCHANGE
The federal Affordable Care Act provides for the establishment of “Exchanges,” which will be entities where uninsured individuals (who are not eligible for Medicaid) and small businesses can purchase qualified private health insurance plans.
