of the Territory Address 2008
Gov. John P. deJongh, Jr. delivered his second State of the Territory Address to the people of the Virgin Islands on Tuesday, January 22.
In his address, deJongh provided an accounting of his first year in office as Chief Executive and
unveiled a number of second-year initiatives which affect the daily lives of all Virgin
Islanders.
