On Saturday, Governor de Jongh distributed books to children in grades Kindergarten through sixth at a Book Blow Out event at the Tutu Park Mall on St. Thomas. This year's Third Annual Governor's Summer Reading Challenge encourages children to read five or more books during the summer and seeks to inspire reading for entertainment and learning as part of a daily routine. Companion events were held on St. Croix today.
